• Track progress on key actions plans such as SARs, post-inspection Action Plans and Quality Improvement with Covalent Actions, a powerful tool for managing the hundreds of projects and strategic/operational initiatives ongoing across the College. Strategic and Development Plans can be mapped to the CIF and Every Child Matters criteria, and to external accreditation standards.
• Comprehensive Risk Management as Covalent consolidates all the identified risks - score on an Impact/ Likelihood matrix - and tracks progress with mitigation action plans or internal controls.

• Align performance information with the College’s strategy to monitor progress towards achievement of corporate aims, priorities and operational objectives. You can use Scorecards to present the strategy in a hierarchical tree that maps Performance Indicators, Actions and possibly Risks at each level. Scorecards highlight interdependencies between activities and typically cascade down through different levels in the Trust to tie everything together.
