Home gives immediate one-click access to user specific information held across the system. It uses exception reporting to highlight Actions overdue, Performance Indicator status relative to target and Risks unattended to.

Snapshots provide a high level summary of all key data for PIs, Actions and Risks of specific interest to the user. Current progress can be immediately understood through the use of traffic-lighting that highlights performance above, in line or below expectations. Filters help users investigate performance results by red, green or amber, further highlighting items on a downward trend.

Scorecards visually represent the organisation's strategies, objectives and priorities, and map performance information (PIs, Actions and Risks) at each level in a hierarchical tree. The Covalent Scorecard hierarchy can be used to cascade scorecards from corporate level through the business units and service areas, to produce personal scorecards if necessary. This delivers scorecards that are 'joined-up' across the organisation, so bridging the gap between organisational vision and what employees need to do to make it a reality.

Reports contains a library of predefined templates that cater for most organisations' requirements and an ad-hoc report generation tool to custom-build reports Covalent Layout Editor offers the user total control over report layout (using drag/ drop), and what profile information is included on it e.g. organisation logo, header content, pagination and various other elements.
