In addition to the staff appraisals performance review, organisations need a more complete understanding of how employees have performed on all the performance elements that they have ownership and accountability for. Covalent delivers this comprehensive Employee Performance Management view of results on the KPIs, Action plans and Risks that an employee may have responsibility for.
KPIs
Analyse the results trend for any KPIs that an employee owns. Discuss metrics that are "at red" (i.e. off target) and explore reasons behind this. Investigate the impact of employee's own KPIs on departmental KPI results, where those results are being aggregated up using the Covalent formulas feature.
Action plans
Consolidate progress on all actions, initiatives and projects owned by the employee into convenient summary reports or dashboard components. Explore in detail actions or milestones that are "red" having missed their deadline date.
Risks
