Employee Performance Book

The core of Covalent EPM is the Employee Performance Book (EPB), containing the appraisal form with assessment questions and supporting employee profile information. Employees conduct a self-appraisal by rating how they have performed against each competency and job responsibility performance factor. Notes and supporting commentary can also be added against each score. The manager (and possibly other appraisers) complete an appraisal in a similar fashion. Results from the Employee Performance Management process can be compared side-by-side to identify discrepancies between the employee's and manager's perceptions.
