Custom appraisal forms
Covalent helps you create appraisal forms tailored to specific job roles and responsibilities so that groups of employees can be rated on the competencies and criteria that best fit their work. You can maintain a library of staff appraisal form templates that managers select from to enforce organisation-wide consistency and standardisation of Employee Performance Management requirements. As these templates are updated centrally, everybody has instant access to the latest versions and it is far easier to maintain or change staff appraisals forms.
Flexible form design
Configure different employee evaluation forms to meet your specific employee performance management process and needs. Match your current look and feel, including corporate branding and organisation logo. Easily make global changes to all forms or to a group of forms in just one step.
Performance factor rating
Select the rating scales that best suit your organisation's needs, incorporating target performance levels for each factor. Use different rating scales in one appraisal form to accommodate different types of performance factors. Present employee and appraisers ratings on the coloured slider bar. Aggregate ratings from multiple appraisers. Review actual performance against agreed standards/targets for each performance factor.
Weighted components
Appraisal form components - such as Competencies, Job Responsibilities, Goals - are weighted to reflect their relative importance and priority. Each component comprises a set of performance factors that are also weighted and which are rated by both employee and appraisers. An aggregated score is calculated for each component by averaging the weighted scores on each individual factor.
