Covalent Portal is the entry point for most users as it consolidates a one-screen view of all the information each user is interested in or has responsibility for. As the Portal provides direct access to all their information, for many users this is the only button they require on the navigation panel. This greatly simplifies usage of Covalent and minimises the amount of user training required.

Portlet summaries

Review traffic-lighted lists for different types of data (e.g. KPIs, Actions, Risks, Reports, etc) in a number of 'portlets'. Filter portal views to show just items at red, green or amber. Click to open any item listed in a portlet.

Customise portal

Customise portal

Create multiple portal tabs to organise information into logical grouping or to suit the user's own preferences. Personalise tab names, colours and icons. Add new items to the portal by dragging and dropping.

Build personalised snapshots by specifying which KPIs, actions and risks each user wants to see. Use Snapshots interactively in team meetings to explore performance results and initiate improvement action.
