Covalent screenshots

The KPIs notebook organises all the performance information in a series of tabs. This screen shows a table of historic data, for each time period collected. It also indicates the status relative to target and short/long term trend direction.

Other Screens:

The Actions tabbed notebook provides the detail for each action or project. This screen shows the status of the "Staff Appraisals" actions which overall are 74% complete with a completion due date of 1 July 2007. All sub-actions in this project are summarised in the table.

Strategy Maps present a one page summary of a strategy. This screen organises the strategy into four perspectives, each of which has a series of supporting strategies. Hitting the "Panic?" button in top left provides a traffic-lighted status overlay of each element in the Strategy Map.

The Complaints notebook profiles each complaint on the "Details" tab, including current stage information, target resolution dates and complaints categories. A full history of prior stages and supporting profile information on the complainant can be accessed on other tabs.

The Models self-assessment screen shows the model framework (in this case the Combined Governance Code) on the left side, with the detail for an individual question/provision on the right side. Supporting evidence and commentary can be added for each scored element, and it can be linked to other items managed on Covalent (such as the Board Induction programme on this screen).

This screenshot shows a Scorecard report summarising status at each level in the strategy with details of the KPI results supporting each priority.
