This expertise has been packaged into a series of distinct consulting offerings that are structured to guide and advise customers at every stage of the Covalent Deployment life cycle.

  • Performance Management Framework - Research and workshop-based, to deliver a Performance Management Framework encompassing people's roles, processes, information, reporting cycle and calendar of events/meetings during the year.
  • "Covalent Implementation Strategy" Plan - Workshop-based, facilitated group decision-making on all relevant topics prior to implementation.
  • Performance Scorecard Development - Workshop-based, facilitates a group discussion (corporate or departmental) following Covalent methodology to formulate a strategy plan, define key priorities/goals, and agree how achievement will be measured with PIs.
  • KPIs Creation - Similar approach, in this case producing an agreed list of appropriate KPIs for monitoring performance in the organisation, at corporate and departmental level.
  • Risks Management Framework - A workshop series that helps customer staff identify relevant risks, and formalise a basis for profiling and assessing them.
