Covalent Actions - progress tracking action plans and projects

Covalent Actions is designed to fill the gap between overly feature-rich and complex project management software and admin-intensive, inflexible spreadsheets. In fact, the more customers use Actions, the more uses they find for it - improvement plans, service plans, staff appraisal tasks, service and corporate plans.

  • Manage a portfolio of projects. Track progress of a projects portfolio at a glance with Covalent action Timeline. Covalent calculates what percentage complete each project is based on progress of sub-actions and milestones.

Record the original and current due dates for action completion, planned and actual start dates, and completed date. Review action status with traffic lighting relative to due date; red indicates an overdue action and green tick a completed action.

Reinforce lines of accountability by assigning each action to nominated users, at different levels of responsibility. Automatically email update reminders and status change alerts (e.g. green to red) to the appropriate department or person.
