Covalent team expands to keep up with market demand.TAUNTON, 5th July 2005 - Covalent Software has almost doubled the size of its team during 2005, to service a rapidly expanding Local Authority customer base. Covalent was launched late in 2003 with just 2 staff, by the end of 2004 numbers had risen to 11 employees and a recent recruitment drive has brought the team number up to over 20.Covalent CEO, Peter McHugh says, The level of interest in Covalent has continued to rise at a rapid rate in 2005. It has always been our mission to deliver on our promises and ensure that all our existing customers remain satisfied even as we grow and take on new councils. Ongoing recruitment of experienced motivated people for our team will ensure our ability to continue to deliver excellent customer service.Covalent new hires have, in the main, been brought into the Customer Service and Software Engineering teams, as follows:
Customer Services Team:
- Tricia White - Trainer/Customer Manager
- Alison Matthews - Data Load & Site Configuration
- Annabel Payne - Helpdesk Analyst
- Jon Richards - Support Team Leader
Development Team:
- Paul Loveridge - Covalent Reports
- Neil Barnes - Analyst programmer
- Jonn Farr - Database Admin & Third Party Applications
