Active User Community

Covalent has now built up an extensive community of people with common interests (yes they all find Performance Management interesting!) who are keen to share experiences, exchange best practice, make enhancements suggestions, explore new ideas and so on. We provide a number of mechanisms for this community to connect and network with each other.

We have a very active network of regional and sector-specific User Groups, with each group meeting every 6 months, facilitated by Covalent account managers. The format of these sessions covers:

• An update on Covalent and recent news
• A preview and discussions of planned new functionality, and more generally a review of the Covalent Product RoadMap
• A workshop session that drills down into particular aspects of Covalent functionality that customers want more guidance on - this is driven by customer request
• Best practice sharing and feedback on customer experiences

Also very popular are our Discussion Forums where the Covalent user community can interact with each other online to exchange best practice and discuss topics of interest.
