Every customer has a nominated Covalent Customer Manager who is their prime contact point. This might be a normal helpdesk support issue or more general advice on how to get the best out of the system. Customer Managers are tasked with developing and nurturing the customer relationship, ensuring that their needs are met on an ongoing basis, and that their voice is clearly heard within Covalent.
