Since formation in 2003, Covalent Software has focused on developing a market leading position in the Public Sector for its Performance Management suite of applications. Public sector organisations, particularly in the UK, are among the most advanced in their usage of performance management methodologies and techniques, driven by a regulatory regime that places great emphasis on tracking achievement of performance targets and reporting results to the public. As a result, our business has developed considerable expertise in all aspects of performance management and our software product has evolved into the most advanced, functionally-rich solution on the market.
In January 2010, we opened up a second front in our company's development by entering the adjacent market of services suppliers to the Public Sector and regulated companies providing a public service. We bring to these markets our collective expertise and considerable experience of how public bodies performance manage service delivery and use such information to drive through service improvements.
Covalent consistently provides the highest level of customer service with 100% of customers stating they would recommend usage of Covalent to a peer organisation, in the last four annual customer surveys.
In all surveys the quality of the Helpdesk team is very highly rated. In the 2009 survey, 97% of respondents rated the team as 'very good' or 'excellent' in all cases, and 100% on the availability of staff when a customer calls the helpdesk. The majority of respondents regard the software as 'very good' or 'excellent'. For example, on user-friendliness 82% of respondents rated Covalent as 'very good' or 'excellent'.
